Do you ever feel like your body is working against you? Maybe you struggle with digestive issues, low energy, or brain fog that leaves you feeling frustrated and powerless. You're not alone. I know from personal experience how challenging it can be to feel like your body is betraying you, and there’s no clear cause.

For years, I struggled with a range of symptoms that seemed to have no clear cause. I visited doctors, alternative practitioners, tried countless supplements, and spent thousands on lab testing. But nothing seemed to work.

But what if I told you that these symptoms are actually clues to underlying imbalances in your body systems? And what if I told you that by understanding these imbalances, you could take control of your health and master the art of self-healing?

Everything in nature wants to survive and will do so by any means necessary. Symptoms are a form of Protection, a way your body is trying to get your attention and ask you for help.

That's where the Symptom Burden Assessment comes in. This powerful tool analyzes your symptoms across multiple body systems, helping you understand how different parts of your body are interconnected and impacting each other. With this knowledge, you can make targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes to address your symptoms and improve your overall health.

This^^ is a sample SBA from one of my clients –– check out that improvement in just 3 months!

Over the course of this blog series, we'll explore the results of the Symptom Burden Assessment in depth, focusing on one body system at a time. We'll discuss:

  • Common symptoms associated with each area
  • How these symptoms show up and impact your life
  • And how they're linked to other parts of your body, and reflected in you Symptom Burden Assessment
  • We'll also provide recommendations for addressing these imbalances through nutrition, lifestyle medicine and targeted supplement support — this is where my second philosophy comes in: “The more simple you make it the more effective it becomes”.

But this isn't just about understanding your body. It's about taking action and mastering self-healing. It's about learning how to listen to your body, identify imbalances, and make the changes necessary to restore balance and vitality. It's about becoming your own best advocate and taking control of your health.

With so much information to cover, it can be overwhelming to know where to start. We recommend working north-south (in order left to right) and choosing the top three body systems that are most significantly out of balance for you, and starting there. These are the areas that impact everything else downstream. By focusing on these areas first, you can make the most impactful changes to your health, and start feeling better as soon as possible.

So if you're ready to take the first step on this journey of self-discovery and self-healing, join us for this series. Together, we'll explore the link between your symptoms and your body systems, and learn how to create a healthier, happier you.
